Strategic Rebranding: Strengthening Identity for Future Growth

Faced with brand identity challenges that hindered clear communication of their unique value proposition, Workcom sought Viabrand®’s expertise to refine their brand and support their future growth. The objective was to transform their brand identity, ensuring that all visual and textual elements, including the logo, tagline, colour palette, and typography, aligned seamlessly with their campaign messaging. This transformation aimed to deeply engage and resonate with their target audience, reflecting the quality and care Workcom is known for. 

Insights and Identity: Uncovering the Core of Workcom's Brand

Our journey began with a comprehensive survey distributed to all stakeholders, gathering essential insights. This was followed by an in-depth workshop with key Workcom stakeholders, where we refined these insights and explored market and competitor landscapes. This process led to the development of key messaging pillars that would support the brand long-term. Leveraging our Brand Visioning framework, we collaborated closely with Workcom to create a cohesive brand structure, highlighted by a meaningful logo, a vibrant and welcoming colour palette, and contemporary typography.  

The ‘Heartbeat of Progress’: A Symbol of Transformation

Central to this rebranding was the introduction of the ‘Heartbeat of Progress,’ a powerful symbol that encapsulates Workcom’s core mission. More than just a logo, it embodies the organisation’s commitment to uplifting clients through compassionate, effective rehabilitation care. The Heartbeat represents connection, vitality, and movement—reflecting the positive, transformative experiences Workcom strives to create for every client. This symbol became the foundation of Workcom’s new identity, seamlessly integrated into every aspect of the brand to resonate with clients and stakeholders alike. 

Brand Visioning: Crafting a Cohesive and Resonant Identity 

Viabrand® employed a strategic approach to redefine Workcom’s brand positioning. The new tagline, ‘Better health, together,’ was meticulously crafted to encapsulate Workcom’s dedication to quality care and the transformative journey their services provide. This clear, unified messaging was woven through all brand communications, ensuring consistency and clarity across all interactions. Viabrand®’s Brand Visioning framework played a crucial role in this process, ensuring that every element of the brand worked harmoniously to communicate Workcom’s values and mission. 

Comprehensive Rollout: Bringing the New Brand to Life

The rebranding project extended beyond strategy into tangible brand expressions. We developed comprehensive brand guidelines that included detailed positioning, messaging, and visual identity standards to guide Workcom’s relaunch and ongoing marketing efforts. Standardised materials, including sales templates, video frameworks, and social media designs, were crafted to ensure uniformity across all touchpoints, reinforcing Workcom’s brand identity and enhancing its market presence.

Website Development: Enhancing Digital Presence 

The website redesign was a pivotal aspect of the rebranding initiative. Utilising our innovative Base Framework, built on custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, we crafted a high-performance, user-friendly site seamlessly integrated with the WordPress CMS. This approach ensured efficient website management while delivering a cohesive and engaging user experience that reflected Workcom’s new brand identity. 

Launch Event: Showcasing the New Brand 

To mark the official launch of Workcom’s rebrand, Viabrand® curated a suite of assets for exclusive events in Sydney and Melbourne. These events provided an intimate platform to unveil the rebrand and its messaging to key industry professionals, reinforcing Workcom’s refreshed identity and strategic direction.
