This passion for continual improvement has led Fowler’s Group to re-energise their brand after identifying a gap in brand positioning and communication. Not one to settle for less, they knew a purposeful brand strategy would guide their future direction, ensure focus on their hard-earned certifications and guarantee they stayed on track for further growth.

Retaining their heritage

How did Fowler’s Group redefine their brand positioning and communicate their USPs to the market?

Viabrand® undertook an immersive process that included a brand workshop in order to understand over 50 years of heritage and create new focus areas of business growth. Supplementing this, our team conducted in-depth research to refine buyer personas, brand personality and key USPs. All of this was delivered through a communication framework paired with recommendations for enhancing clarity and the company’s communication approach.

To retain their heritage, their identity remained the same with the inclusion of a new brand promise statement that allowed the business to express their most compelling selling proposition: Achieve More.

The newly introduced communication framework supported their mission to help people rethink wealth, planning, investment and management in their personal lives.
